Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Bachelors in Nursing OR BAMS OR Bachelors in Unani Medicine.
Age Limit: 38 years for open category & 43 years for reserved categories.
Application Fee
Pay Examination fee through Demand draft of Nationalized bank drawn in favour of respective Deputy Director of Health Services (DDHS).
For Open category Rs.150/-
For Reserved category Rs.100/-
